Water bills are mailed no later than the 1st day of the month. Payments are due by the 5th day of the month and considered late after the 15th day of the month. Late payments will incur a $10.00 late charge. 

If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, payments received the following business day will be considered on time.

NON-RECEIPT OF A PRINTED BILL DOES NOT NEGATE THE LATE CHARGE.

Any balance unpaid by the 15th day of the month is considered delinquent and will be subject to disconnection. If water service is disconnected for non-payment, the entire past due plus service charge must be paid in full before water service can be restored.

Other Information

Returned payments will be charged a $25.00 recovery fee. A $5.00 bank fee will also be accessed.
The Water District is not responsible for bills or payments that are not received through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

PWSD No. 3 does not own or operate the wastewater systems at the Villages of Whiteman, State Park Village, or Preserve. The wastewater provider is Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company. Contact them at 1-866-945-3920 or support@confluenceriversuoc.com
